Silverstone Lascala LC-04 with 240W PS good enough for MCE?

As title, will the Silverstone Lascala LC-04 with 240W PS good enough for MCE? will it be too small? will the ps too weak? I am planning to use the ASUS A8N-VM CSM + 1G ram + 1 250G SATA HD + 1 SD tunner card. Will the online video good enough too? I will connect it through DVI to my LCD TV.
