Hi,
I have 5 distinct chandeliers which i would prefer to control remotely, via smartphone or some kind of remote, while still retaining possibility to turn them on/off manually (non-remotely ). I'd also prefer wifi or radio control over IR, because it seems more practical. What is the best way to do this?

Lutron Caseta. Although all of the lighting control systems (for retrofit) support "local" controls (the switches still work).

Caseta, as mentioned above, is a great choice, assuming none of the chandeliers loads exceed 600W, which is easier to do than you think.

Might be worth mentioning that I am from Europe and therefore working with 220V electricity and also if product doesn't have CE certificate it won't be allowed in European borders. I am saying this because I noticed Lutron being sold predominantly in USA and Canada.
