Nope.. now you could use linux dd to clone either exactly and those will work (but @ the same size you'd be wasting your extra new space) There have been upgrade utilities developed for each system and it's quick and painless to add space... but you will need to study up a bit. Each have hack FAQ guides you should look over first.
With Replays/Showstoppers you have to use the RTV patch in NT, Win2K, or Linux to copy the drive. There are quirks to Replay's operating system that make it impossible to use traditional cloning methods like "ghost". I know that quite a few people on the forum have 80 gig and larger Replays.
