I'm looking at articulating arms for a 50" PDP. The Sanus VMAA26 is a single arm for up to 50" PDP's rated at 130lbs. The Sanus WMDD26 is a dual arm for up to 63" and rated at 175lbs.
Would you trust a single arm for mouting your 50" or would you err on the safe side and go with the dual arm?
as a cabinetmaker, i've seen installs of both and consider a couple of hundred bucks more, money well spent for the double arm. the single arm just isn't as stable.
Thanks for the input. Are the double arms less manuverable than the single arms?
In my particular application, I don't think I'll have the arm extended to full length very often Most of the time it will be extended about 6-8", and occasionally out to work with the wiring.
