For 'net streaming, Sirius uses the Windows Media Player that comes with every MS computer.
If you're using Mozilla Firefox for a browser (highly recommended) then you will need Media Player 9. If IE, then you can get away with an older version of MP.
OTOH, I don't think you mean what you imply. If you're getting Sirius via satellite (antenna) then there is NO PC control s/w (nor for XM afaik). If you're getting it over the net (unlikely in a car) then see above.
