Slow startup on 8300hd with seagate hdd
I recently just replaced my internal hdd from a WD 160GB to a new Seagate 320GB IDE. All is fine except that it takes time to boot up.
When I power up my 8300hd, it takes about 30

seconds before I see anything on the screen. It didn't take as long on the old hdd...only around 10secs.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Is there anyway around this?
Other delays that I have encountered is that when I set a show to be recorded weekly...it takes long for it to setup. Maybe it's the drive.
