Hi, probably wrong category forum but did not find any better, choose lcd since these displays are best for bright viewing.

Looking for an affordable small monitor to watch mainly sport outdoors.
I am happy with my Samsung A 10.1 but i want a bit bigger screen. so somewhere between 12 and 37"

Any guidance where to start look and what to look special at?.
Small tv?
Tablet?
Laptop?
Chromebook?
Other?

Think people will need a few more details... Do you want a portable solution ? If not, is area you want to use protected from weather ? Some people use TV's outdoors in a weather enclosure, but of course may get condensation, etc, which will shorten the life of an outdoor TV.

Most tablets are 10" on the larger side...but some of the tablet/computers are larger, but can be expensive.

Seems this decision is more on what kind of form factor you are wanting to use and how you are going to use it. Light and portable, then a tablet. Fixed and larger, then a TV. Compromise of both with a laptop.

Weather is not an issue.. Portable is a +, but not needed.

The reason i ask here is that some might have done this and have a good tip for what to go for.
Tablets are great but small and the new samsung 12" is super expensive.
As far as i see you have to get a very expensive laptop to get a good screen?.
The best tv's at good prices seems to be 42" or bigger?.
