This question may have been answered before but here it is:
I own a Sony Vaio and I use it's tv/video playback software called Gigapocket. When I watch satellite, home videos, or video files, there's motion judder - either fullscreen or reduced. Judder also appears when playing back video files through Windows Media Player but only when on fullscreen. When on reduced or small screen, the motion is very smooth. Are there some adjustments I can do or any software I can install to remove judder on video? DVD playback is smooth but not the Gigapocket or Windows Media. I've heard of DScaler, but does it work to remove judder?
Here's my setup:
Computer: Sony Vaoi PCV-RZ26G
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce4 440 MX (driver updated)
Processor: Pentium 4 3.2 Ghz
DVD Software: PowerDVD
Projector: Marquee 9500LC
Current Resolution: 1280 x 1024
My htpc's VGA output is connected to my Marquee's RGBHV.
Quick replies would be truly appreciated. Otherwise, I might just use an external scaler. Thanks!
