Yep, the entire setup prodedure for ECPs is located within these pages. I've probably got over 400 pages of printed stuff saved over the past year. That's in addition to the service manual I bought and the service seminar notes I downloaded. Snagg's website has the service seminar notes here:
Input a white field to the pj (dark room of course) B=5 C=0. One color at a time, turn G2 down until image just disappears. Then do color balance...B=10 C=0...turn on one crt at a time and using internal crosshatch, adjust r113(red) r114 (green) r115 (blue) on video control module until image goes from positive to negative. You want the point in between. B=5 C=3. turn 3 pots on waveform module r1 (red) r2 (green) r3 (blue) full clockwise. Adjust for best color level.
reduce r1 if too red, r2 if to green, r3 too blue, r1 & r2 if too yellow, etc. I fyou have to adjust all 3, then go back and start over. repeat until the picture is satisfactory.
Without any equipment, you are going to have to eyeball this.
