I was given a Kenwood VR-209 when my brother in law upgraded his HT set-up. He had lost the manual and I am now trying to figure out how to hook my B&W powered sub to the sub woofer pre-out. The amp has one RCA out, the woofer has six, two sets of line out and one set of line in.

The video stuff I can fugure out, this audio stuff drives me bat doo-doo. Would it be an RCA to RCA splitter that I need? Anyway, thanks for the help.

Yours in ignorance,

David

David,

Yeah, it had me scratching my head too. I've got a 15 year old Boston powered sub and I dug through my files to find the manual. You need to get a Y cable to split the RCA to feed your l/r inputs on the sub. Radio Shack is where I got mine. Everything seems to be working great.

Thank you gentlemen, I ran done to Fry's and got a y-splitter and everything works perfectly. It was the last link in my temporary HT. The 75U and the RP62 are working and looking great!
