I just bought a Sony DCR-DVD650 Camcorder and have tried on two different computers (Windows XP) to install the software and keep getting this message UNABLE TO RETRIEVE THE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION. The camera works except that it will not let me load any pictures to my PC. If anyone can help i would appreciate, SONY is NOOOOO help.
