I posted this in HTPC forum too but I'd thought I share here too. There is a free player called Zoomplayer 2.1 that's great for HTPC owners with nonzoom PJ like LT150. It uses video engine of WinDVD, PowerDVD, or Cinemaster 2000. It provide an easy front end that allows you to zoom or unzoom via a roll of your mouse wheel (I have a 6-foot RF cordless Logitech mouse--$28 at Walmart). It's great for 4:3 DVD titles as you can zoom out (shrink image) to fit your 16:9 screen by turning the wheel a few times. A lot easier than YxY, moving units, sliding units on drawer glides, etc. Of course you can also change resolution on HTPC and hit native resolution on PJ but again that's more steps.

Video quality and audio qualities are identical as original players as it uses their audio and video filters. There was no performance detriment on my cheap Athlon 1.4g machine with Win98SE
