I received a 5LNB HD upgrade yesterday (H21 and a HR21). Yesterday, during clear weather and while the installer was here, all of the channels were functioning properly. Today, in the lightest of light snow, some channels show a error message close to "not receiving signal (711)", or the picture is pixelated, or it's fine.
Does my dish need realigning or a better install job? In the 6 years I had my other HD receiver and 3LNB dish, I only had outages when the weather was setting records for intensity (10' snow in 1 day, lightning storms, 75 mph winds, etc).
BTW, the H20 and HR21 guides couldn't be worse. Slow, unresponsive, and just plain moronic organization.
