There are a lot of Ebay Scammers out there pretending to sell mid to high end Audio gear. They tend to run 12-18 hour auctions, and they tend to have a line in thier ad stating your have to e-mail them first in order to bid.
If you e-mail them, they will tell you they are out of the country right now (so you can't call them), and they offer to let you do it a Buy-It-Now, but that you must pay with Western Union.
I don't know if the ad you found is a scam or not, but these are some things you can look for.
