I guess you can't shut down the pipeline of products so far in the development stage. Might be hard to find though.

Sonicblue's ReplayTV Personal Video Player will debut in 2003 with a screen of up to 4 inches, a 40GB hard drive, and a 400-MHz processor. Sonicblue's player can handle more advanced video codecs such as MPEG-4 and even MPEG-2, which is often used in set-top digital video recorders.

There aren't going to be any "good signs" about RTV before the auction. Nothing else matters.
This is old news. It was announced last year but never came to fruition.
