SONICblue Unveils ReplayTV 4500 Series; Kicks Off ReplayTV Retail Push


SANTA CLARA, Calif. - June 03, 2002 - SONICblue (TM) Incorporated (Nasdaq:

SBLU) today unveiled the ReplayTV (R) 4500 series, the next generation

of the Company's award-winning ReplayTV 4000 design. The ReplayTV 4500

series maintains all the innovative features of the ReplayTV 4000 design,

while adding modem support for standard phone line connections, a redesigned

software package and a service-based pricing model. These design changes

significantly expand SONICblue's ReplayTV market potential, enabling consumers

with or without broadband to enjoy the technology and allowing SONICblue

to enter mainstream retail distribution.

ReplayTV 4000 series has greatly strengthened SONICblue's position in the

The Wiz and Tweeter, and is expected to be available from these retailers'

shortly.

In addition, there is a mandatory, one-time service activation fee of $250

Hi David,


It took some doing, but I ordered via phone. The SonicBlue web site would show the basket, shipping, etc. & then hang at checkout. The very helpful sales woman said she would happily deliver it since I am so close, but the 4532 unit ships from Arizona. No personal delivery. :)
