Helln Saturday I bought second projector Sony 1031.I made a adapter for

the Rgb input. It worked fine. Problem is that I want to use it with cable box and dvd player. HTPC is reserved for NEC. Does anybody know how to connect a transcoder to Sony. Does 1031 take synchro on green /RGsB/ or there is a other way to do it? Please ...javascript:smilie('')

-- The 1031Q can do Sync on Green , Composite Sync & RGBHV .

-- So if you have a working RGB2 [25pin] to VGA [15pin] adapter then a transcoder should work just fine .

--- Just remember not to go above 540p @ 60Hz with the 1031Q .

Tank You for the reply. I figured it out by trying to hook up different cables. It worked with R, G and B on 3, 4 and 5 and blue ground on 15. My other problem is

the picture on the left side of the screen. It seems that electrons don't draw a picture up to first 1/15 of the screen. Rest is perfect.I run it at 480P from
