I know the below pin only.

How about ground for RGB.

Anybody know how to make the adapter for

3 -> 3 // Blue

4 -> 2 // Green

5 -> 1 // Red

Many thanks for your help.

Are you certain that you have a 9 pin VGA ?

-- should be a 15 pin [ the size of the connector is the same as a 9 pin d-sub ] .

-- If you do have a 9 pin output on your PC then it will not work connected to the RGB2 input of the 1031Q [ The 9 pin is the older EGA/CGA style ] .

Here are the PinOuts if you do indeed have a 15 pin VGA connection :

------------------------------------------------

15 pin ____________ 25 pin

-------------- ------------------

1 - red ____________ 6 - red

2 - green __________ 5 - green

3 - blue ___________ 4 - blue

6 - red ground _____ 15 - gnd.

7 - green gnd. _____ 16 - gnd.

8 - blue gnd. ______ 17 - gnd.

13 - H sync ________ 3 - sync \\_____ makes composite sync

14 - V sync ________ 3 - sync /

Hi Jason

Many thanks for your advise.

Actually, I want to connect my PJ to HTPC (VGA 15pin).

I don't know which pin stand for.

Can I connect 1031 to HTPC ?

I want to DIY a cable for it.

In PJ, there are 3 input

1- compostive

2- 9 pin RGB

3- 25pin RGB

Please kindly advise how should I do.

Thank you.
