I can not hide it. Is there a trick, Need help thanks

If you know how to get to the service menu, you might get rid of your problem. the BLKG button can adjust the top, bottom, left, & right side of your picture, you might be able to lower the top part of the projection; moreover, on either side.

This is the AKB line

It can be turned off there is many opinions on this forum

Some tape over the line on the glass

Most just make sure the line does not show on the screen

So search for AKB and make your own choice

Do a search for AKB... you probably want to leave it on. The projector uses it to control tube usage, I think control the high voltage. It is good to let the projector take care of the tubes. :D There is a way to turn it off, I believe it is a jumper you set. I wouldn't put tape on the tube faces (they get hot) to hide the line. If it bothers you, turn it off, but be warned the picture may change.

I set this up so it was off the top of the screen, and on the black masking.

Leave it on.

Put electrical tape over the line. It'll be fine

I believe it helps keep the tubes wearing properly.
