It was posted on the other forum that the Sony's were a good -rw disc. I know many of you have the new pioneers that are capable of recording -rw at 6x. These are 2x (may burn at 4x, but not sure). I have't seen any 6x discs but hear that Verbatim in the UK is selling them. I picked them up at my local Staples (saved on shiping charges which was $7). Hope they work out good. my goal is to record in-rw and take to the computer and make better menus with Tempeg. They also have the +RW discs that record at 4x speed for the same price ($14.97)

1x = 60 minutes to record

2x = 30 minutes

4x= 15 minutes

8x= 9 minutes?

16x= 6 minutes

WOW. 2X-RW for $15.00 for 25 pack. I thought those were hard to get. I have the Sharp 300 which won't accept the 4X. Actually none of the older 1 or 2X machines will accept 4X-RW. I know because I tried when Newegg had a special on them.
