You realy need a bigger stand. With the measurements that you gave, they are a little small. As far as the HD200, I have not had any problems.

I have a stand 36''wide and 18-19'' deep will it be ok for this tv?I also have the sony sat hd200 stb,does it have problems in 1080i mode with this set?Thanks for any info.
