Hi there,


I have a sony STR-DE636 ATM and I cannot switch from coax to digital audio using the remote. This has convinced me (and my wife that we need a new receiver. I like the 4ES, but then question is, are there discreet codes to switch the audio? I probably won't be using it for video switching, so I only need to change audio with it. If it remembers which output is conected to each source that works too


I'm pretty sure that this receiver will do it, but I just want to make sure before I order it.

it has a function from the remote called Audio split that will cycle thru the digital inputs and assign an audio input for each function.
