Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to remove this screen?

Come on Guys!!! I know someone must have knowledge on how to remove this screen. I wiped my screen with a damp cloth and now I have rubbed off the protective coating. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The screens talked about on this forum are primarily projection screens. I'd help you, but I've never owned a Sony RP unit. You might find more help in the Rear Projection Forum.
