I recently moved into a place that has a old Sony Audio Video Control Center (STR-D350z). It's hooked into a great sound system but obviously the unit itself is a little outdated. It still works beautifully. I would like to be able to hook my Ipod into it but there doesn't seem to be any auxiliary inputs. So my question is is it possible to adapt this piece of equipment to be able to handle an auxiliary input. If so, how would I do this? Is there a piece of equipment I can by and hook into the unit or would it require a lot more adaptation if it's even possible? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Do the following:

1. Go to Radio Shack or Best Buy..
2. Purchase an audio cable stereo 3.5mm stereo plug > (2) RCA plugs
3. Plug the the 3.5 mm into the iPod earphone jack
4. Plug the (2) RCA plugs into L/R MD In jacks on the STR-D350z
5. Power ON the 350Dz switch the input selector to MD
6. Power ON the iPod and hit Play

Just my $0.02.... 馃憤馃槈
