It works great, my issue is that ALL my movies the "music/background" noise is ALWAYS way too high compared to the "dialouge"..I watched Harry Potter 6 and 7 last week and constantly had to turn the volume UP and Down all night... i changed some settings to lower the SUB etc but nothing seems to be helping...anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried some of the different modes other than "auto" or "movie". Not alot of adjustability on this sound bar.
