Hi People
I bought my Sony Bravia KDL32L4000 in the first week of November 2008 and it has been working fine since today. It turns on for and works fine for approx 3 minutes then the picture disappears.
I phoned the customer service centre and followed there troubleshooting instructions ie.
Disconnect all other appliances connected to it such as DVD player and Sky turn it off and try it again. (no joy)
Tried checking all the connections ie. Aerial, HDMI cable (no joy)
Check the settings such as sleeper mode and auto setup functions (no joy)
To make matters worse I have disposed of the reciept and having troubles of getting Sony to fix the problem under warranty...
£450 i bought this. I'm gutted. Any help please?
