I am a newbie. Please help!!!


I have a Sony DVP S360 DVD player. It does not play SOME DVDs. Error message " NO DISC". The DVD is original (not a copy) and will play on my Panasonic DVD player, but not on Sony 360.


Any ideas to fix this problem!!! Is there a firmware that need to be installed, or any hardware kit that will fix it!!!


I did not get help from SONY.COM site. Any suggestions. Please help

This is a known problem with a number of Sony's players. Do a search for "C 13:00" on the web and you will get plenty of hits on it. There is a calibration procedure you can try which may solve the problem. You should also be able to find those instructions as well.
