Sony HD camcorder I need help (CX130)

I just got a cx130 yesterday and have some questions. When recoding, Is there anything wrong with recording in 60p frame rate?

I will be asking more questions later...thanks.

If your manual states the cx130 supports 60p I see no problem.

The 60p provides high picture quality. The files can be huge. Camera storage is used up quickly and any computer processing you do will take longer. Some playback methods on some computers will cough and choke a little on the large files.

Try taking 30 second shots of the same thing with the different setting the camera offers. Then plug it into the best TV you can find and look at the differences. What the eye sees is more important than what the numbers and specs are. (in my humble opinion!)
ok thanks...second question...can a led light be plugged into this camera? I dont see a place for it, i am surprised it cant.....if so, what is a good light for this camera...thanks again

28 Mbit/s vs 24 Mbit/s is only 17% larger. Files will not be larger than 4 GB anyway ;-)
how about low lux, should i leave that enabled or disabled?
