Sony HD100 OTA reception in Sacto

My Sony HD 100 seems to be having problems with 35.1 and 35.2 from Sacto. 10.1,10.2,13.1,40.1 all seem OK. I have never had any lip sync issues. Anyone else having this problem? Why do I occasionally get a channel 98 when I do an auto search?

I get channel 98 when I do a channel search as well and I live in the Los Angeles area. What's in 98, anyone know?

I get the 98 also here in Spokane Wa. Nothing comes up some I am assuming that it must be a software air or confusing another signal source as DTV source.
