Hello all and thanks in advance.

Ive had the cx330 for a few weeks and have been downloading videos VIA the USB drive perfectly. Now when I go to import it just sits on the "importing 1 of 5" items screen. If I open the file directly and try to drag it it freezes on the downloading screen. Im using windows 8. Please help!

how did you download video files to usb? where did you connect the usb?


did you mean a usb card reader? by removing the sdhc card from camcorder and plug memory card to usb card reader then connect reader to computer?
