I was looking at this camera and had some questions. I found out it is not true 1080p. What camera is comparable in price as this one that is true 1080p?


Also the camera has to have night vision and the ability for wide angle lens.

Sony's consumer AVCHD camcorders shoot and record in 1080i. If you want native 1080p you need to buy either the HF-S2XX (native 1080p24) or a "700"/"600" family Panasonic (native 1080p60).
