Hello everybody - I've just attached a CC40R filter to my HS10 and after tweaking the pj accordingly to Dave Boswells recommendations, the image looks as good as ever.....


So my question is: does anyone have any advice to enhance my HS10 further - an additional change in settings/servicemenu etc...?


Any advice/suggestion would be most welcome..

That is where I am. PJ-wise the next step for me is the Smart III calibration. I have to do the Sat-receiver for HDTV next, then some ambient light control, then the universal remote, then finish redoing my av closet wiring.... well... one of these days I will get back to calibration.

As Gary says, using a calibration tool like SMART III is really the best next step. Since all of the projectors vary fairly significantly, using general measurments like Dave's can certainly help, but you'll need a tool like SMART to squeeze the last bit of performance out of the HS-10.
