Sony HT-XT1 has no signal...HELP!

Just bought the Sony HT-XT1 today and have it connect to my Panasonic plasma. It's connected to HDMI 1 (the one with ARC) and my cable box, PS4 and Wii U are connected to the 3 HDMI input in the back of my sound base. However, when I turn my TV on, there's no sound or picture. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you have selected the correct input on the TV. Also make sure you have selected one of the HDMI inputs on the Sony HT-XT1.

I have all my devices (cable box, Blu-Ray player and Apple TV) connected to my television. The HXT-1 is connected to the ARC HDMI port. When I power on the TV, the HXT-1 is powered on as well. Whenever I change devices, I have no issues with the sound. The HXT-1 is set to TV as source.
