Seems a digital copy of the template doesn't exist, oddly.
If you are willing to pay, however, Sony's parts website shows the entire wall mounting kit in-stock for around $35. Assuming the picture of the kit is accurate, there is a copy of the paper mounting template included.
As I'm sure you're aware, this model isn't compatible with a standard VESA patterned bracket. Instead, you have to use the kit and included table-top stand as a wall mount. If you're trying to use a universal bracket, you'll need to purchase the VESA adapter plate that Sony made for this model.
