Sony KDLXBR9 restarts while playing youtube and netflix online videos

Got a new Sony KDLXBR9 LCD TV.

I am experiencing a problem when playing the online content such as youtube and netflix videos, my TV got stucked at some point and restarts.

It happens especially with youtube.

I have net connection of 3Mbps, talked to customer care but no solution.

Tried resetting the TV and also tried power resetting it.

Any idea will be appreciated.
