Sony Speaker?

Thinking of getting the sony SSF-5000, 6000 or 7000 to replace the current front speakers in are main surround sound setup. Seems like a lot of people like them. What do you guys think?

When speaking of speakers, Sony is a name that rarely comes up.

Polk Audio PSW505 12-Inch Powered Subwoofer (this thing packs serious punch, love it)

Sony SS-B1000 for rear speakers

Sony SS-CN550H Center-Channel Speaker

Sony STR-DE597 Receiver

20 year old Advent Floor standing front speakers

Until recently, I had the SSF-5000 as my L/R's. They were pretty hollow, and tbh, not a great sound reproduction. I upgraded to all eD stuff, and they difference is night and day.
You can do MUCH better than Sony for speakers...
