I own this thing and am new to this forum. I am looking or some help out the so I can get either a manual or some on-line help for myself.

I want to hook up an HDTV decoder to it. I am no Einstein when it comes to "hooking up cables"


I assume that i will need the same cables as a computer monitor to get the thing working right. (the 5 cable deal thing) you know the ones that twist and lock, I don't know what they are called. RGB???


Anyhow.... the back of this projector has a ton of inputs and outs on it so I really would like to get it right the first time.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.


I came into owning this projector from a friend who is the instant replay tech for the GB packers. He was given' about twenty of these things for updating purposes. He repaired it to NEW condition, and GAVE it to me.

Nice guy huh????

He is no longer in the area for my help needs on this so...... HERE I AM!!!!

Welcome to the forum.


The twist connector is called "BNC".

You're looking for a HD15->5BNC or it can be called VGA->RGBHV.

If your HDTV decoder has HD15 VGA out, then you can directly connect to the 5 bnc inputs on the 1252. You need a VGA to RGBHV cable.

Dan, Go to ********* . com and you can find the installation and owner's manuals to download gratis. The manuals can really help you understand how the thing works, I picked up a 1272 in a similar manner and its almost the same machine.
