Is it worth it? This is about a 5-year-old Sony DD/DTS/Pro Logic surround receiver with 4 channels out (no subw or center ch) and a secondary out for second pair of stereo spkrs (different room). The secondary out does not seem to work at all and right front out sounds "over-powered": a lot of clicking and cutting out. Rechecked and rechecked speaker connections (for polarity, shorts, etc) and swapped speakers so I know it is not the speaker. I opened the receiver up and since it is solid state, nothing obvious appears out of whack. Any place I could get manuals or schematics or something to test it to see what is broken? Or should I just trash the old thing?
