After the tsunami, the PS3 hack and 8th year TV production/sales loss in a row more troubles for Sony.

A 215.000 square-foot Sony compact disc, games, bluray and dvd distribution warehouse in North-London was burned to the ground during the third straight night of riots in the UK, up to 30.000.000 dvd's possibly destroyed. It was torched by arsonists who are said to have attacked the building thinking it contained playstations and TVs.

There's insurance against hacking, whether or not Sony had some is another matter.


There's certainly insurance against idiots burning your building down.
