I'm fairly certain that there is a workaround with the RTI T2, but I also believe some users gain better results than others. Their tech support department should be able to clarify.
It is also possible that some One4All remotes are capable of controlling the unit. I have not tried this, but it seems Code 1442 is designed for G series Sony receivers.
The problem, by the way, is that the IR command set for the unit is broadcast at 455kHz, 10x higher than the standard Sony commands. Xantch made a 455kHz upconvertor at one time, but I believe it is discontinued.
