I am receiving an error code 21. Does anyone know what part of the projector this is and if I can fix it myself?


I would appreciate any help on this.

I believe the PA board is a common culprit.


Check with Curt Palme. He can fix those in his sleep, blind folded, one arm tied behind his back.

An error 21 can be particularly nasty...you will need some help with this one.

ive had this before with a loose board (ya i think)

if its roof mounted do a once over and it might be the culprit

It is ceiling mounted. Where will this pa board be ? I can tell you when I try to turn it on it gives me a popping noise.

If the PJ is ceiling mounted, the PA board is above the R and G tubes behind an aluminum shield (the front IR sensor protrudes from this shield). You'll need to remove the plastic bezel around the lenses, which will first require the removal of the hood.
