I have just designed and built several light boxes for my soffits. They will house 50w GU10 lights and are made from MDF. After creating these I started thinking about heat and resonance inside the box. Does anyone know anything about either of these ideas with regard to light boxes? Will they get too hot? Will the box itself create resonance noise?
