OK, I'm done with the sheetrock in my HT room and now time for spackle. I read of people using acoustic caulk in their HT's to contain sound in. I have a few questions.


Is the caulk used in certain places or all joints and seams?


Also is caulk used instead of spackle and joint tape or in addition to?


If both are used what is the application method?
