Today I've splurged. I got the following PSB + Cerwin Vega Setup:
Front

PSB Image 4T (2 towers)

PSB Image 8C (center)

Cerwin Vega LW-12 (sub-woofer)

Rear

PSB Image 10s (2 surround)

PSB Alpha C (rear center surround)


It all cost me half a grand. Was this a decent purchase? I'm no sound expert, but I've first heard the newer PSB T45s at a sound room and I was hooked. Even though the speakers are 8-10? years old they are in near perfect condition. I've ordered the 14 gauge speaker cables and banana plugs from Monoprice dot com. I will connect everything via the Onkyo TX-SR806 receiver.

price wise it was certainly a reasonable price. But the real test will come when you hook them up and critically listen to them in your home, with your equipment. Regardless of what you paid, if YOU like them, it was a fabulous deal ! Anything we would say is just an "opinion" - you are the final judge of value and listening results.
