I have an older Polk surround sound system which works fine other than the one rear speaker (M Series - M2) that I recently dropped onto a concrete floor. I don't think they make these anymore and I don't find any on e-bay. Does anyone have a suggestion for a replacement pair for these rear speakers? Or should I just go buy a new system? Thanks.

Your surrounds aren't quite as critical since they usually are just for "effects" anyway. I'd probably pick up another pair of innexpensive Polks that have the same type of drivers (if you can match them.... a crap shoot I know) and see how they sound.


I don't think you need to purchase an entire new speaker package (as long as you are happy with your current stuff) because of one surround.
