I have some Paradigm studio 20s sitting on some generic speaker stands. What can use to make sure the Studio 20s don't slip off the stands? Will velcro hurt the 20's finish? Right now a very minor bump could send the speaker off the stand.

Blu Tack...or a rubbery mat cut to fit, like mouse pad material or shelf/cabinet liner.

Blu Tak is something I've never been able to find in a local store, but I've found any brand of poster putty works great. It MIGHT leave an oily residue on your speaker, but four balls of it on each stnad (press the speaker down hard), will create a very good bond. No slipping at all (mine even withstand my toddler!).
