SR-HD5...does it work with cable?

I have cable but i just bought the Mitsubishi SR-HD5 HDTV Satellite Receiver thats supposed to be built for DIrecTV. However, it has cable inputs on the back. Will this work with cable or do I have to buy a cable HDTV receiver?

It accepts analog unscrambled SD cable only, not HD.
