ST TV replacement fair?

344 Views 5 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  VA_DaveB
long story short my vizio P65-C1 died this week after 3 years or so, replacement part could not be found so I get a new TV but below quality in my eyes. LG 65UK6090PUA - Samsung UN65NU6900FXZA and Samsung UN65NU6950FXZA my three only options. I got the Costco ST and from what I saw I get three options repair, get refurbished TV, or get full paid value. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm surly don't want theses TV's to be pair with my Vizio atmos bar system ha ha. Talked to costumer service today and could not accept these options, so I wanted to talk to a higher up no one was available so they will be calling me tomorrow I guess we will see what happens.

Why not accept the full paid value? Then you can use the money towards something better.

That is what I want, they will only replace my tv with those tv options only.
Tell them your TV is FALD so you want a FALD replacement. I suppose the current Vizio M Series or outgoing TCL 6 Series would be similar.
After talking to manager they offered me the P659-G1 as replacement for my 3 year old set, I'm happy they stepped up.
They couldn't be more fair than that. Hope your new Vizio is made better than the old one. No TV should die in 3 years.
