It was great seeing the State of the Union speech in HDTV.
Flipping back and forth between Fox 480p and the other channels really showed how much better that 720p and 1080i really are.
It looks like HDTV is becoming the norm now rather than the exception in terms of programming.
It's about time! Now, we just need the TV stations in the smaller markets to get on the bandwagon.
Here's hoping that DirecTV starts showing HDTV network programming to those folks in smaller cities who can't get it over the air.
