I have received quite a few emails asking about the way I am doing my 281s and since Im was building a pair for someone yesterday I snapped a few pictures of the process and hopefully these will explain some things .
By the way my homemade Jasper Jig is made from a scrap piece of Pergo flooring and the pictures do not show the T-Nuts Countersunk as well as they should but the T-nuts ARE COUNTERSUNK
